And there she was: sweet, yet capable of being as fierce as a lioness, a beloved cat from Amelia, who was so cherished that a small statue was made in her honor.

Tea and the mythical story of a cat

Tea was born in a cat colony and was later adopted by a family from Amelia. From the very beginning, she showed her strong and free spirit. Many times she ventured into nature, where she was just as comfortable as in the heart of the city, where she met and became fond of many people. Tea was loved by adults and children alike, turning a great deal of her mischief into an opportunity for laughter.

For many, she became a “symbol” of life in a small town, as her adventurous explorations were an inspiration. Other times, she preferred the charm she was granted by her feline nature, a mysterious and free creature, as a cat often is.
